Martin Phillips Tickets Huntsville

I was appalled at the behavior allowed by staff members at this venue. We paid hundreds of dollars and traveled from out of town for the Martin Phillips concert. Once in the venue, we could barely move through the crowds and were unable to make it to our seats before the show started. Not helpful in keeping crowds moving, staff was, and I was promptly knocked into by an older man who spilled his ENTIRE beer and wine all over me and took off without saying a word. Before his wife cussed me out for "wasting their wine", but not. We ended up standing for the Avenged Sevenfold set, and one older staff member saw fit to stand with his hand on my BUTT the entire time resting. Multiple times to move away, I shifted, and he would re-shift to move closer. What was happening, after explaining to my boyfriend, he moved between us so he could not continue to touch me. After Avenged Sevenfold played, we finally made it to our seats and realized we were surrounded by a large group of folks SMOKING MULTIPLE JOINTS right in their seats directly in front of us! Boyfriend and I do NOT smoke, and we both work reputable jobs that require drug testing. Refused to sit down, the man in front of me was particularly drunk, making threats when I asked politely if he could sit so I could watch the show. Over him was almost impossible, seeing because I am rather short. Not to mention the fact that the gentleman beside me was unable to stand up to see over him due to having recently suffered a car accident. After not being able to see ANYTHING for multiple songs, I went to the staff to ask if they could relocate the gentleman. Brushed me off and pointed to an officer, they did. I spoke to the officers. Since no one was in immediate danger, back to staff they pointed me. Persistently harassed by a woman from the group for attempting to have the man relocated, returning to my seat, I was. Again...did nothing, I attempted to speak to another staff member. From the woman in the group, after receiving multiple more threats, my boyfriend and I finally gave up and left. Stank of wine, beer, and weed the entire night, even after showering, we did! JUST as much as everyone else, we paid to enjoy a show we did not even get to see, and the park staff did NOTHING to ensure that any concerns were addressed...let alone resolved. We were able to see of Avenged Sevenfold, the only good part of the entire experience. Despite the fact that the venue messed up the mix, they were amazing, and you could barely hear anyone over the drummer.
